The learned advacate for the appellant in Second appeal No. 377 of 1992 informed that the appellant must have lost interest in the proceeding since the rights were claimed on the basis of a lease and the period of such lease has now expired.

In that view of the matter, he submits that appropriate orders may be passed.

Considering the submissions advanced, the second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. Pending civil application also stands disposed of.
