Mr. Yeramwar the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has served respondent no. 3 personally.

The learned counsel submits that validation proceeding is pending. The employer has issued show cause notice to the petitioner to submit the validity or else services of the petitioner would be terminated. 3.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the petitioner shall appear before the committee on 06.02.2020. The committee would decide the validation proceeding within three months. 4.

Statement is accepted. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 06.02.2020.

The impugned show cause notice is set aside. The employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course 1/2

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
