Issue notice to the respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for all respondents-State. 3.

The applicants are the legal heirs of original claimant who is arrayed as respondent in the First Appeal fled by the State.

The applicants have contended that after decision of the reference Court, the original claimant who was the father of the present applicants/ sole respondent in First Appeal died. The competent Court has issued heir-ship certifcate in the name of the applicants of which copies are annexed. 5.

In view of that application allowed and disposed of. 6.

Appellant is directed to carry out necessary amendment to the efect for bringing legal heirs of sole respondent on record.
