Applicant No. 1 - Party in person submitted that his purpose of filing the present proceeding will be served, if the direction is given to the trial Court to dispose of his matter pending before it expeditiously. He submits that case came to be filed in the year 2014 and Crime was registered in the year 2013. He submits that no progress is made in the matter except framing of the charge. This Court has verified this fact by asking the other side counsel as to whether this is the only relief which applicant-party in person is claiming and only after ascertaining that, this Court is passing following order:- The trial Court is directed to dispose of the case pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a
