PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for petitioners submits that father of petitioners and real uncle of petitioners have been issued with the validity certificate under order of this Court in writ petition filed by them. The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of petitioners is pending with the Committee. The Committee be directed to issue validity certificate to petitioners of 'Thakur', Scheduled Tribe.

We have heard Mr. Kagne, learned A.G.P.

for respondents.

The validation proceeding are pending with the Committee. The petitioners can bring it to the notice of the Committee the judgment delivered by

(2) 956-wo-400-2020 this Court in the writ petition filed by the father and real uncle of petitioners. The Committee is bound to consider the judgment delivered by this Court in a case of father and real uncle of petitioners.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 21.01.2020. The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of petitioners.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
