PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is due to retire in June 2020. The validation proceeding is pending since the year 2013. The vigilance is also not conducted as yet. The employer is insisting for validity certificate. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.01.2020. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by end of May 2020, considering that the same is pending since year 2013 and that the petitioner is due to retire in June 2020. The employer shall not take adverse action only on the ground that the

(2) 993-wp-437-2020 validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
