The Applicant prays for condonation of 47 days delay caused in filing this Civil Application and for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 15.11.2017 refusing to grant registration to the Second Appeal for failing to remove all office objections. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 47 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be deposited by the Applicant with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, on or before 05.02.2018.

After costs are deposited, the Applicant shall remove all office objections in the Second Appeal on or before 16.02.2018, pursuant to
