Though the respondent No. 3 is served, none appears for the respondent No. 3.

Mr. Yeramwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has paid full fees. On the ground that validation proceeding is pending, the respondent No. 3 is not declaring the result of the petitioner's final year examination and not issuing the marks sheet.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The respondent No. 2/Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously.

The respondent No. 3 shall not withhold the result of petitioner's final year examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case there is no impediment, then the respondent No. 3 shall declare the result of the petitioner's final year examination and also issue the marks sheet to the petitioner.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
