The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 205 days caused due to her poor fnancial condition. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application, whereas respondent No.3Acquiring Body though served, remained absent. As such for the reasons stated in the application and considering statutory right of the applicant the delay of 205 days caused in fling First Appeal against award dated 27/03/2013 in LAR No. 798 of 2011 stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest amount for such delay period. Application is accordingly disposed of.
