Heard Mr. G.K.Chinchole, learned counsel h/f Mr. S.M. Vibhute, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

A limited grievance is raised in the petition Learned counsel Mr.Chinchole appearing for the petitioners invited our attention to the documents placed on record and submitted that the petitioners are the students prosecuting their studies in various academic courses, namely, petitioner No.1 is studying in IInd year B.A. and petitioner No.2 completed her B.A. degree course. The petitioners are desirous of continuation of their studies in future and to seek admission either at post graduate level or other higher level. The petitioners are in need of the caste certificates. The petitioners have submitted their applications to respondent No.2 Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded on 03.09.2018. Copies of these applications are placed on record at Exhibit-A collectively. It is also

( 2 ) wp487.19 submitted by the learned counsel that there is a validity certificate issued in favour of the paternal cousin brother of the petitioners namely, Ashok Sambhaji Pallewad and the copy of the validity certificate is also placed on record at Exhibit-C. Learned counsel thus submits that the application is pending before respondent No.2 for considerable long time, as such the petitioners are left with no choice but to approach this Court seeking directions to the authority.

In view of the submissions of the learned Counsel on the backdrop of documents referred to above and as the learned Counsel was justified in raising the grievance, we are of the opinion that the petition can be disposed of at the admission stage. The petition is accordingly disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the applications of these petitioners and if the respondent No.2 finds favour with petitioners on their claim, to issue the certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Tribe as expeditiously as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the date of order of this Court.

With these directions the petition is disposed of.
