Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on-line application is not accepted on the ground that covering letter of the employer or institute is not annexed.

Even an individual can file proposal for validation of his caste certificate.

In light of the above, the petitioner may file an application on-line and original documents off-line with the Committee. The Committee shall not refuse to accept the proposal only on the ground that it is submitted by an individual. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
