Learned Advocate Mr.Pallod submits a copy of the envelope, through which a communication was sent to the respondent with regard to the final hearing in this matter. The respondent was 73 years of age in 1995. The envelope has been returned with the remark that the respondent addressee has passed away. Copy of the said envelope is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 3.

Considering the above, this petition stands abated. Rule is discharged.
