The learned Addl. G. P. on instructions submits that the validation proceeding is kept before the committee for hearing on 21.01.2020 and the same would be decided within a period of one month.

The petitioner shall remain present before the respondent No. 2/ committee on 21.01.2020. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of one month as undertaken. Till the validation proceeding is decided, the respondent No. 3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent No. 3 may take further course
