The petitioners, who are the employees of the respondent/Ashram School, are claiming the benefits of the scheme of the State Government for assuring the real progression. 2.

The issue has been dealt with consistently by this Court in several matters holding similarly placed employees, which reads as under :- [a] Vasant Thavara Rathod and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, WP No.2779/2018, dated 14.03.2018.

[e] Gangadhar Govindrao Mandewad and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, WP No.11822/2016, dated 02.12.2016. 3.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of declaring that the petitioners are entitled to the reliefs and directing the respondents to undertake the process, examine individual cases and extend the benefits in accordance with the Law and as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 8 weeks.
