This second appeal is admitted by order dated 10.12.1997 and waiting for final hearing since then. From 2016 onwards, it was listed for final hearing.

Learned advocate appearing for appellants is no more. Therefore, notice was issued to appellants, which has been duly served upon them as per bailiff report and consequential office note. On 09.04.2025, by way of last indulgence, second appeal has been posted for dismissal on today's board. However, none appears for appellants. It is evident that appellants have lost interest in prosecuting this second appeal. Hence, second appeal stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
