Learned counsel for appellant has no particular objection for withdrawal of amount by the respondents/ claimants.

Learned counsel for appellant fairly refers to that original claim is decided and the appellant is paying up claim amount to respondents.

In view of aforesaid, respondents/ claimants are at liberty to withdraw the amount.
