Learned counsel for the applicant submits that at present the trial court has framed charge. It further appears that the FIR is of the year 2015 bearing FIR No.56 of 2015 and charge sheet is also came to be fled in the year 2015 itself.

In view of the same, we are also not inclined to entertain this criminal application. Learned counsel for the applicant, thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to avail any other remedy, if available in law. 3.
