Considering the fact that the applicants are old aged persons, each of the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial ) of this Court and 25% of the amount on furnishing bank guarantee.
