The applicants/appellants have been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 324 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer R.I. for one year and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-. Fine amount has been deposited by the applicants. 3.

Considering the quantum of sentence imposed and the fact that the appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in near future, during pendency of appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment stands suspended.

During pendency of appeal, the applicants/appellants be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount. 5.
