This is an application for condonation of 30 days delay in filing the first appeal on the ground that, the advocate of the applicant was at Amalner. On receiving certified copy of the impugned Award dated 23.08.2016, sent the same to the appellant Company at Pune. On receiving the certified copy of the proposal for filing the first appeal it was put up before the appellant Company Management. The management after going through the case papers issued approval for filing the appeal. In that process some time was consumed and therefore there was delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am 1/2

15 delay.odt satisfied that some time was consumed in the process of filing of appeal by the insurance company. In view of the above, the delay caused for filing appeal is condoned.

In the first appeal issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Patil learned counsel, waives notice for respondents No. 1 to 5 and Mr. Raje, learned counsel, waives notice for respondent No. 6.
