The grievance is that, in appeal preferred by Respondents No.4 to 8 challenging their disqualifcation for non submission of electoral expenses account, the appellate authority has stayed the order of disqualifcation.

I am not inclined to interfere with the interim order. The petition is dismissed.

The learned appellate authority shall decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within one month,

since, according to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the term is to expire in the next four months.
