This is an application for stay to the execution and operation of the impugned award. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the appellant/insurance company is ready to deposit the amount under award within a period of six weeks.

In view of the above, the execution and operation of the impugned award under challenge is

ca10914.17 stayed subject to the condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest within a period of six weeks from today.
