It is submitted that petitioner no.1 is entitled for salary from May/June-2013, however, only because in earlier disposed of writ petition it is observed that some of petitioners are not paid salary from 2014, the request of the petitioner is not considered. The petitioners have given application requesting payment of salary from the earlier date to the Chief Executive Officer in December 2019.

Mr. Chate, learned counsel appears for respondent nos.5 and 6 and submits that respondent no.5 would take decision on representations of petitioners on its own merits.

The respondent no.5 shall consider the service record of petitioners and take decision about the entitlement of petitioners for salary from May/June-2013 and if it is found that petitioners are entitled for the payment of salary, the same shall be paid to petitioners. This shall be done within a period of three (03) months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
