None for the Respondent/husband inspite of service of notice. This indicates that Respondent is not interested in opposing the Application.

Applicant/wife claims that she has no source of income and she is residing at Amalner along with her parents. It is her further contention that it is not possible for her to travel from Amalner to Aurangabad and that this will cause prejudice to her right of defence in the said proceeding.

The contention of Applicant has gone unchallenged. Further, Respondent has to appear before Civil Judge Senior

- 2 - mca9.24.odt Division, Amalner in H.M.P. No. 93/2025 filed by wife against him. In any case, it would be in the interest of parties that H.M.P. No. A483/2023 is transferred to Amalner. Hence, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.
