We have heard Mr. Kazi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the directions given by the superior authority, the committee is not mutating the name of the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that for such matters committee is constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015.

The petitioner may approach the committee in that regard. The committee shall on receipt of the application from the petitioner pass necessary orders within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
