PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel Shri. Kulkarni. He submits that respondent No.1 who was the petitioner in Writ Petition had also filed Letters Patent Appeal but that Letter Patent Appeal is also came to be disposed of in the year 2012. (Letters Patent Appeal No. 158 of 2012). Necessarily the present appellants were party respondent in the said appeal and so they knew that present respondent is dead. No steps are taken to bring legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record. As the relief was given by the learned single Judge, in favour of respondent No.1 entire matter is disposed of as abated. Civil Application disposed of.
