This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 06/08/2024. It is submitted that the words "under Section 3G(5)" appearing in the first sentence of Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 06/08/2024, need to be deleted as the application of the Petitioners is pending before Respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer, Jalna. 2.
In view of the above, the said words "under section 3G(5)' shall stand deleted from Paragraph No.3.

Correction as above, be made accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded.

The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause (C), as under:
"(C) By an order, this Hon'ble Court may direct the respondents to consider the application of the Petitioners dated 13.03.2023 as per law, as earlier as possible, within time limit.

Issue notice to the Respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Bagul, the learned Advocate waives service of Notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the application of the Petitioners can be considered by Respondent No.3. The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.3 submits that the said application would be considered on it's own merits, if not already decided, within a period of 60 days.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
