None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called out. The matter had been adjourned on 19.11.2018 at the instance of learned Counsel for the petitioner to 03.12.2018 and on 03.12.2018 as well there had been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks directions to the effect that the petitioner be considered for the benefit of reservation for earthquake affected persons and consequently for appointment on the post of Shikshan Sevak and to quash the communication issued by the Education Officer dated 16.07.2012. By the communication referred to, it has been informed to the petitioner that due to failure to produce certificate from the competent

It appears that the petition has not been conducted diligently, giving an indication that the petitioner's interest has subsided.

In view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
