2] Present application is filed for cancellation of bail granted by this Court to respondent nos.2 to 4.

2 1-crappln146-14.odt 3] After hearing extensively, Mr.Sapkal, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4, submits that respondent nos.2 and 4 would surrender in the Sessions Court on 26th February, 2015.

4] In the circumstances, the Sessions Court is directed to remand present respondent nos.2 and 4 to the judicial custody. These respondents would be at liberty to apply afresh in the Sessions Court for their release on bail, after a period of four weeks from the date of their surrender.

5] Present application, as regards respondent nos.2 and 4, stands disposed of accordingly.

6] However, as regards respondent no.3, considering the material on record, present application is dismissed.

7] Authenticated copy of this order be provided to the parties requesting therefor.
