1) Notice. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice.

2) The application is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The appellant is convicted and sentenced for offences punishable under sections 7, 13(1) (d) read with section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and maximum sentence of two year is given.

2 Application 96/2015 3) Learned counsel for the appellant made a statement that entire fine amount has been deposited and the trial Court has suspended the substantive sentence. In view of these circumstances and the reasoning given, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended and the appellant is to be released on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15,000/-.
