Limited grievance raised by the petitioner is that, the Respondent No.4 has not prepared the proposal of the petitioner for getting benefit of gratuity and family pension in accordance with rules. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4, on instructions, makes a statement that, Respondent No.4 will take decision about forwarding the proposal of the petitioner for gratuity and family pension in accordance with relevant policy/rules and if proposal is found sustainable, he will forward the same for further action and in case, the said proposal is not sustainable in accordance with relevant Rules, then Respondent No.4 will assign the reasons for the same. 4.

In the light of the statement of the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4, we dispose of the Petition with direction to Respondent No.4 to take final decision on or before 15th May, 2015. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) ( S.S. SHINDE, J. ) sga/-
