Considering the pleadings set out and the fact that some decision has been taken on the request of the petitioner for seeking regularisation of encroachment and taking into account some development plans being implemented, the representation of the

By representation dated 19th January, 2021, termed as appeal/application, the petitioner has approached the District Collector, Jalgaon. The same is pending.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the District Collector to respond to the said appeal/application dated 19th January, 2021 by following due procedure laid down in law and in accordance with the statutory provisions applicable, as expeditiously as possible.
