The Petitioners have prayed that the pending representation be decided by the M.S.R.T.C.

The learned Advocate for the M.S.R.T.C submits that the representation dated 7th June, 2023 would be considered on its own merits and in the light of the Government Resolutions and the M.S.R.T.C circulars as may be applicable.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let the M.S.R.T.C deal with the said representation and arrive at a conclusion within 60 days from today and communicate the decision to the Petitioners within 15 days thereafter.
