Learned APP has made a statement that evidence in the case against the applicant has been closed and it was kept for the statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. A statement is also made that in counter case also the examination of the witnesses is over. It is also posted for the statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. Therefore, in view of the order of this Court dated 03.09.2024,

the purpose of the applicant has been served. In result, this bail application has become infructuous.
