This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent No. 1 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon on 03/01/2015 in Criminal Application No. 1143/2014.

When this matter is taken for hearing, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submitted that during the pendency of the present application, charge sheet was filed by

2 Cr.Apln. 98.2015 the Investigating Officer before the competent Court and after filing of the charge sheet, the competent court has already granted regular bail in favour of respondent No. 1. The said statement is not controverted by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In that view of the matter, present Criminal Application has rendered infructuous and it is dismissed as such.
