Since respondent No.2 has engaged an advocate of her choice, Ms. Namita Sirdeshpande, learned appointed counsel is discharged from appearing on behalf of respondent No.2. After hearing the learned counsel for applicant and the learned APP for the State, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant relief, the learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application.

Leave granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned counsel for applicant further submitted that the trial may be expedited.

Today itself this Court has also given directions to the same Court at Kopargaon to decide one sessions case after those six cases are concluded.
