Learned Advocate for the petitioners places on record the original copy of the compromise terms duly signed and affirmed on oath by the litigating sides. It is indicated from the compromise terms that the petitioners have handed over the suit property to the respondent Landlord on 23/09/1997. The respondent landlord confirms that he has received the possession of the suit premises, has received entire rent and the suit premises are in good condition. 2.

The said compromise terms (6 pages) are taken on record and marked as Exhibit X for identification. Document Exhibit "X" shall be a part of this order.
