Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition the petitioner assails the order dated 14.12.2022 passed below Exhibit 17 by the District Judge-2, Kandhar, in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 13 of 2021, whereby the order dated 20.08.2021 passed below Exh. 5 by Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Mukhed in RCS No. 272 of 2020 was set aside.

Both the learned Counsel submit that if this Court directs the trial Court to decide the suit itself within stipulated period, the purpose would be served.

The learned trial Court to decide the suit within a period of one year from today.
