This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2 - Director of Sugar / Commissioner of Sugar, to redress the grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition and to pass appropriate orders or issue necessary directions, if deemed necessary; and it is accordingly directed. The Director of Sugar / Commissioner of Sugar is expected to pass orders and issue directions after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. This petition itself shall be considered as representation to the Director of Sugar / Commissioner of Sugar. The Director of Sugar / Commissioner

The petitioner volunteers to donate a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten thousand) with the Library Committee of Advocates' Association at Aurangabad.

After transfer of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) to the Library Committee of Advocates' Association at Aurangabad, balance amount of Rs.40,000/- (Rs.Forty Thousand) be refunded to the petitioner. Writ Petition accordingly disposed of.
