PER COURT:- 1.

According to the petitioner, the validation proceeding is pending. The employer has issued notice to produce validity certificate or else adverse action would be taken.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the petitioner is called for hearing by the Scrutiny Committee on 21.01.2020.

In light of that, the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of one month. The petitioner shall remain present before the Committee on 21.01.2020.

Till the Committee decides the validation proceeding, the employer shall not take adverse

(2) 951-wp-395-2020 action against the petitioner only on the ground of pendency of validation proceeding. The employer may take further course of action against the petitioner depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.
