Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 13th August, 2013, the Director of Health Services, Government of Maharashtra, Director of Medical Education and Research, Government of Maharashtra were made members of expert Committee for selecting Doctors etc., in the Hospital run by the Trust.

Mr Sanjay R. Choukidar, learned Counsel for the applicant stated that despite of intimation given to the Directors referred to above, they are not attending meetings arranged for selecting candidates.
( 2 ) CA287.2015 He further states that, they instaead of coming personally, send their nominees who are also reputed Doctors.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the applicant, we would permit the nominees of Directors mentioned above to be members of Selection Committee. The 3rd member should be selected by Administrative Committee, which should be expert in the field. The applicant is now free to carry on the work of selection for the posts as mentioned in prayer clause '(B)' of the application. Mr Satish B. Talekar, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No. 18 and 19, has no objection for the same.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
