The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

The validation proceedings are pending since November 2018. The vigilance is not conducted. The employer has issued notice directing the petitioner to produce validity. 3.

In light of the above, we pass following order:

ORDER

(I) The respondent no.2-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditious and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

(2) 953-wp-397-2020 (II) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29.01.2020.

(III) The employer shall not take adverse action only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
