Leaned counsel for appellant fairly refers to that present first appeal as well as first appeal no. 4244 of 2016 are similar in nature.

This appeal ought to have been included in the group of first appeals no. 4244 of 2016 and companion appeals decided under judgment and order dated 23rd January, 2018. The land stated to have been acquired, involves the same notification and the quality of land is also similar as in said group of appeals.

In view of aforesaid, present appeal as well stands dismissed for the reasons as referred to in decision dated 23rd January, 2018 rendered in first appeal no. 4244 of 2016 and connected appeals. The reasons therein apply on all fours to present first appeal.

As such, reasons under aforesaid order dated 23rd January, 2018 shall be part and parcel of this order. 5.

First appeal accordingly stands dismissed.
