Heard learned counsel for the applicants. The applicants are seeking recalling of order dtd. 09.10.2018 whereby the registration of appeal along with the Civil Application was refused by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by non-removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicants now undertakes to remove all the office objections within period of two weeks' .

As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' subject to removal of all the office objections within two weeks'
