Learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition in the wake of the fact that during the pendency of the petition, the crop loan has been disbursed to the petitioner. However, the learned Advocate makes it clear that the petitioners have been made to sign on blank stamp papers while disbursing the loan, so as to bind them with the certain conditions

2201.23wp (2) which is unbecoming of the bank. Learned Advocate for the respondent/bank controverts the fact.
