We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent No. 2 to take decision on the enquiry report submitted by the Enquiry Committee about the work of the respondent No. 4. 2.

The report is submitted to the respondent No. 2 on 19th November, 2015 and the petition is filed on 05th January 2016. Naturally the authorities would require some time to go through the report, apply their mind and take conscious decision upon the same. The learned A. G. P. for the authorities submits that, the authorities would take decision in accordance with law.
