The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending since October 2018 with the respondent no.2-Education Officer.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner (Page No.24) is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferable within a period of six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
