This matter was admitted in the year 1995. It is taken up for final hearing today and it is realized that the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy of filing second revision before the State Government.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file second revision before the State Government. If such revision is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided within a period of six months from its filing, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. Time

{2} wp4010-95 consumed in prosecuting this matter shall be taken into consideration while deciding the question of delay condonation. 3.

Statement of learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner is possession of the property in question is accepted. 4.
