The petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2019 is pending with respondent no.3 and which has to be considered in the light of Government Resolutions dated 30.10.2009 and 27.12.2018. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this Court may direct respondent no.3 to decide the representation within a time frame.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. Respondent no.3 shall decide the representation dated 24.06.2019, as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 20.10.2021. 1/2

Needless to state, in the event the petitioner is dissatisfed with the said decision, she would be at liberty to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law.
