We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the petitioner is seeking employment with the Zilla Parishad, Buldhana.

This Court may not exercise its territorial jurisdiction.

It appears that, advertisement was issued for filling in the post of Buldhana Zilla Parishad only. The petitioner is seeking direction against the Buldhana Zilla Parishad.

In view of that, this Court may not exercise its territorial jurisdiction. The petitioner may file petition before the appropriate Forum.
